Job Description

  • Responsible for all elements of the commercial structure (retail – marketplace).
  • Responsible for all elements of the commercial framework including the evolution of supplier strategy, supplier selection, and contracting.
  • Ensuring all commercial activity is governed by commercial policy and processes.
  • Leading activities using established commercial processes ensuring the strategic requirements of the business and its shareholders are met.
  • Identifying and implementing operation-saving opportunities.
  • Communicating to sales and support teams all pending issues, client requests, and items that may need attention while out of the office.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales and negotiating.
  • Good understanding of the commercial process.
  • Significant supplier and contract management experience.
  • Critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to foster and value client and team relationships.
