Job Description
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Follow up on the sales process according to the sales policy and objectives of the company.
- Work as a team member with other sales experts.
- Communicate with customers via direct contact, telephone, and written correspondence (letters and faxes).
- Negotiate and close sales to potential clients.
- Monitor customer preferences.
- Responsible for achieving his/her sales target.
- Identify internal and external reasons for the realization plan view of the market, customers, and reporting.
- Suggest new products according to the needs and demands of the market.
- Monitor pricing product management, as well as offering the product price changes due to market.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience in sales especially in the IT market.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Motivated and self-directed.
- Good teamwork spirit and hardworking.
- Must have a background in sales and marketing IT equipment (monitors and computer equipment).
- Fluent in MS Office and related software.
- Familiar with the marketing process.
- Ability to develop new ideas to increase market share.
- Familiar with product pricing.
- Efficient in time management.
- Familiar with English.
