Job Description

- Follow up sales process from start to end - Meet clients and update resources to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders - Prepare technical and commercial proposals for client as per received inquiries - Follow up to get client’s approval on technical and commercial proposals - Negotiate and finalize purchase orders with client - Issue sales documents and relevant invoices through the project - Follow up goods shipment and delivery in coordination with forwarder and logistic department - Follow up financial settlements with client - Improve professional and technical knowledge - Maintain softcopies of sales documents on server and classified hardcopies for all incoming and outgoing correspondences - Provide regular weekly, monthly and quarterly report to executive director and CEO
