Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to support our customers. The successful candidate will be resourceful, dependable, and able to balance multiple and often competing priorities, with a strong emphasis on organization, process, and exacting attention to detail. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, be able to cultivate relationships across the customer network, and carry out the duties of the role with the utmost professionalism and integrity. In addition, the person in this role will serve as a critical right-hand to our top two executives, anticipating their needs, optimizing their time, and providing general administrative and logistical support. How you'll contribute: - Organizing and coordinating meetings, seminars and webinars - Handling the sales process from inquiry to shipment - Management of customers-suppliers relationships - Technical and commercial clarification of inquiries - Communicating with customers and suppliers to follow up the orders by email, phone, etc - Negotiations to close the deal and receive the purchase order - Followup with customers to receive the payments and resolving payment issues - Follow up the shipment of the orders and handling logistic issues - Account management for customers - Maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems and providing insightful reports to the executives - Preparing technical presentations (In English and Farsi) - Translating technical documents and reports from and into English - Presenting products or services to customers - Visiting the customers regularly to present the new products, negotiate about big projects and resolve the issues Benefits - Opportunity to work with recognized and well-known international companies - Competitive Salary - Transparent employment contract and Social insurance from first day - Yearly incentives - Convenient location and flexible commuter options (Vanak Sq.) - Happy and young environment

Requirements

- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering - Advanced English proficiency in all skills, especially speaking and writing. - 3+ years’ experience in power industry - 1+ year previous experience in B2B sales - Having the Fire and Forget personality - Good at inter-personal communications and teamwork - Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships - Negotiation and social problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exhibits grace under pressure and multi-tasking - High intelligence and fast learning - Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports4 - Proven record of exercising Microsoft Office products in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
