Job Description

The sales director at Yektanet is responsible for leading and optimizing sales strategies for multiple sales teams (at least three), with a focus on revenue growth, market development, and profitability. This role plays a key part in the sustainable growth of the organization by creating scalable processes, building teams, and maintaining synergy across the teams under management. Additionally, managing relationships with large clients and designing effective programs to attract, retain, and increase sales to them are key responsibilities of this position. The Sales Director will also be fully responsible for the profit and loss of the teams under their supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on increasing sales and expanding market share.
  • Lead, empower, and develop the sales teams.
  • Analyze the market, identify opportunities, and provide creative solutions to increase sales.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and partnership teams to enhance business performance.
  • Design and implement KPIs related to sales team performance and provide ongoing reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key clients, fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in B2B sales, preferably in the digital and startup space.
  • Experience working in the advertising industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales team management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising market trends.
