Job Description

- Monitoring the sale of products and branches - Monitoring the sales of competitors' products - Design and implementation of offline and online promotions - Planning and implementation of sales online campaigns - KPI design for sales staff and its monitoring - Increase communication and sales skills of the sales staff through training - Responsible for the customer club and its monitoring - Member of product strategy and R&D team - PR&Communication activities

Requirements

- 27 to 40 years old - Minimum 3 years of experience working as a supervisor or senior expert in the sales and marketing team of FMCG companies or chain stores or online stores - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing or MBA or industrial engineering from a reputable university - Mastery of online sale processes - Mastery of digital marketing - Communication and negotiation skills - Familiar with the chain store market - Familiar with office - Ability to resolve disputes and to organize - Has a team work spirit - Extroverted and has high public relations
