Job Description

Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company's overall strategy Making joint marketing and sales calls as required and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors action in order to market and product development. - Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives - Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets. - Creating strategies to optimize and grow our affiliate program through established and new networks to drive sales - Communicating with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniformity of views on promotional items - Continuous monitoring of the market and competitors in order to make the right sales decisions - Establishing and maintaining professional communication with major customers, KOLs, heads of scientific associations and important medical centers - Managing the process of organizing conferences and promotional programs to introduce products - Monitoring the performance of sales executives, supervisors and product managers - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. - Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. - Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives. - Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. - Explore & Study the competitor's movements in the target market. - Determine price schedules and discount rates. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. - Provide sales and marketing program.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of related experience in companies - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Relevant product and industry knowledge - Knowledge of market research - Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. - The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures. - Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. - Experienced Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting - Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others - Able to expand, manage and lead a sales team in a dynamic atmosphere - Effective negotiation Skills - Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches - Excellent command of MS Office (excel, word and power point)
