Job Description

  • Managing market research and marketing surveys in FMCG.
  • Conducting and supervising market research and marketing surveys.
  • Developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Developing sales and marketing plans.
  • Developing marketing and sales budget plans.
  • Executing and supervising sales and marketing plans.
  • Managing the identification of potential and new customers.
  • Managing and controlling customer sales activities, marketing, advertising, and digital marketing.
  • Managing, supervising, and controlling related matters between R&D, production, and commercial departments.
  • Drafting contracts and following up on them.
  • Managing and planning conferences, seminars, exhibitions, booths, and congresses with cooperation and other related goals.
  • Supervising matters related to issuing proforma invoices and coordinating with the financial department.
  • Preparing reports and results of negotiations and sales and marketing activities.
  • Attending exhibitions, congresses, seminars, and related conferences.
  • Planning the production schedule of products sold to customers.
  • Planning and developing overall FMCG marketing strategies (budget, competition, environmental factors, market opportunities and segmentation, target market, and product selection).
  • Determining policies and using different advertising methods.
  • Researching and developing (market, product, customers, and competitors).
  • FMCG marketing budget management.
  • Planning to create, develop, and support the brand.
  • Participating in determining sales strategies based on strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analysis of markets and customer needs.
  • Planning, editing, and management of advertising company, social marketing, and events such as exhibitions, festivals, etc.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing department's staff.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • At least five years of experience as a marketing and brand manager in FMCG.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding in FMCG.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Getting to know the food industry.
