Job Description

-Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market. -Making joint marketing and sales calls as required and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation - Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives - Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services. -Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets -Supervising and organizing for all related exhibitions and seminars - Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. - Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. -Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy - Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services. -Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met -formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. - Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. - Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. -Recommending budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment -Managing Customer satisfaction and complaints process -Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development -Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies -Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process -Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients

Requirements

University degree on Pharmacy, Medicine (Medical) Minimum 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field Hardworking, Multi task capability and team working Effective negotiation skills Problem solving Excellent skills in computer Market review and analyzing skill Strong in English communication. Strong communication skills and presentation skills Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
