Job Description
-Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market.
-Making joint marketing and sales calls as required and actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities whilst developing the skills within the field sales operation
- Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
-Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets
-Supervising and organizing for all related exhibitions and seminars
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
-Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
-Collaborating with marketing colleagues, the commercial team and other internal partners to ensure that project deadlines and advertising sales revenue targets are met
-formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
-Recommending budget expenditures and evaluate return on investment
-Managing Customer satisfaction and complaints process
-Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitor’s action in order to market and product development
-Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies
-Collaborating in pricing and discounts strategy process
-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients
