Job Description
o Managing the sales and marketing team in order to achieve sales and marketing goals and KPIs.
o Trend analysis for new product and services of Faragostar Group
o Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics.
o Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
o Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction.
o Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
o Approving and monitoring the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, social media and other marketing-related projects for both Faragostar Group and new products.
o Identifying weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions through budgetary ideas
o Organizing trade shows, events, client forums, webinars, advertising to drive awareness and new business
o Prepare sales strategy, plans, and budgets.
o Participate in setting short term and long term goals and objectives for sales team of each area according to market conditions.
o Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
o Monitor customer preferences, competitors' sales channels, and market dynamics to determine the focus of sales efforts.
o Resolve customer complaints regarding sales
o Optimize the operational performance of the sales team, in line with the marketing strategy, objective and related marketing plan.
o Manage daily sales operation, monitor the sales target and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are in place.
