Job Description

- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth - Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments - Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients - Manage daily operations - Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations - Examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes - Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a cohesive team - Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a special situation - Manages daily operations and handling daily issues and tasks - Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise Maintain records. - Preparing related financial reports for accounting department - Checking all shipping documents - Updating information systems, and files shipping and receiving documents. - Investigates discrepancies as needed. - Risk assessment - Taking a lead role in solving shipping issues that may arise - Meeting company goals and objectives. - Focus on strategies to accelerate growth. - Understand existing customer relationships and their requirements to ensure they are being met. - Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)

Requirements

- Fluent in English. - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university / Degree qualified. - A high degree of accuracy is required. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines. - Ability to learn and adapt to change. - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects - Superb negotiation capabilities - Must be team oriented and results focused - Strong Oral Communication Skills, Negotiating Talent, Superb with Deadlines, Decisive, Advanced - Problem-Solving Capabilities, Professional, Thorough, Detail-Oriented, Ability to Process the Big-Picture Items - Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis - Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships - Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent numeracy skills - Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other packages - Successful work experience as Overseas OPS expert or another relevant role. - Strong commercial awareness - Being able to work with a team - Strong analytical skills - Client liaising - High attention to detail - Ability to manage a situation - Risk management - Problem solving - Being flexible and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time - Being thorough - Being entrepreneurial, committed and ambitious - Team building and motivation - Focus and thoroughness - The capacity to be influential and amenable - Professionalism and cordiality - The capacity to adequately handle work stress - The capacity to meet project deadlines - Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities
