Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales and marketing associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and contribute to reports for management.
  • Monitor the marketing goals and be in touch with the QA and R&D team in promoting the main goals.
  • Be in touch with the potential customers by email and phone calls.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate with the customers to correctly address their requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (ex. Food Industries).
  • Proven experience in a commercial role, with a focus on sales and marketing.
  • Familiar with marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Excellent English written speaking and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable and proficient in addressing challenges that require quick and effective solutions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Familiar with commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Demonstrated experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
