We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales and marketing associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of marketing metrics and contribute to reports for management.
Monitor the marketing goals and be in touch with the QA and R&D team in promoting the main goals.
Be in touch with the potential customers by email and phone calls.
Prepare contracts and negotiate with the customers to correctly address their requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (ex. Food Industries).
Proven experience in a commercial role, with a focus on sales and marketing.
Familiar with marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Excellent English written speaking and communication skills.
Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
