Find potential customers, communicate, and negotiate in person with customers and doctors to introduce and sell products.
Regular visits to physicians and medical engineers for marketing and sales and increasing customer awareness of the product.
Telephone negotiation with customers and following the sales process from beginning to end and achieving results.
Maintain excellent relationships with trust-based customers and prepare customer care issues.
Achieve sales goals and results according to the set plan.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to increase sales and cooperate to receive claims.
Prepare reports of weekly activities.
Monitor competitors' activities, and keep up-to-date with marketing developments and conditions.
Participate in exhibitions, sales meetings, demo meetings, conferences, and any other marketing events.
Study scientific articles about the company's products.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4:30 pm; Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Requirements
Relevant work experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Excellent communication skills, negotiating, presenting, and influencing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Fluent in telephone and face-to-face negotiation techniques.
Problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with hospital equipment and experience in hospital sales processes, interactions of private companies with medical universities, medical centers, and institutions supplying medical equipment in the country.
Possessing good command of computer knowledge and English skills.
Familiar with the principles and psychology of sales.
No restrictions for travel.
Having an active, energetic, independent personality.
