About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-oriented Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead and elevate our commercial strategy in the competitive medical device market in Iran. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building a scalable go-to-market structure aligned with our long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

 

 

  • Develop and lead national sales strategy to meet revenue targets across B2B channels.

 

 

Marketing & Brand Positioning:

 

 

  • Oversee product marketing, branding, and lead generation campaigns tailored to the medical devices sector.

 

 

Team Leadership:

 

 

  • Build, train, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams with clear KPIs and growth paths.

 

 

Key Account & Channel Management:

 

 

  • Strengthen relationships with key hospital procurement departments, distributors, and channel partners.

 

 

Market Intelligence:

 

 

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine value proposition and pricing strategies.

 

 

Digital & Performance Marketing:

 

 

  • Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to increase reach, optimize campaigns, and track ROI.

 

 

Collaboration with Product & Regulatory Teams:

 

 

  • Align go-to-market strategies with product pipeline, regulatory timelines, and after-sales service protocols.

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

 

  • Education: Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 15+ years in sales/marketing leadership roles.
  • Language: Fluent in Persian; working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, B2B marketing, CRM, pricing strategy.
