Job Description

  • Provide the sales team with all the data reports when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting their issues and queries.
  • Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Maintain the customer's information for future reference.
  • Record and report any unusual activity to the supervisor.
  • Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information.
  • Stay updated with the latest company topics.
  • Act as key internal contact for customers and internal service departments.
  • Support sales in all internal-related activities regarding customer and organization-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven work experience as a sales support specialist, purchasing expert, or a similar role in the chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of purchasing process and issuing proforma invoices.
  • Highly competent in MS Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with different personalities.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service.
  • Ability to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize own activity.
