Job Description
- Provide the sales team with all the data reports when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting their issues and queries.
- Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Maintain the customer's information for future reference.
- Record and report any unusual activity to the supervisor.
- Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information.
- Stay updated with the latest company topics.
- Act as key internal contact for customers and internal service departments.
- Support sales in all internal-related activities regarding customer and organization-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven work experience as a sales support specialist, purchasing expert, or a similar role in the chemical industry.
- Knowledge of purchasing process and issuing proforma invoices.
- Highly competent in MS Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to create a positive working environment.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize own activity.
