Customer Service:

Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on our tour offerings, destinations, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic about travel and capable of conveying that excitement to customers.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM tools.
