Job Description

Objective of the role: To obtain a position as Safety leader engineer or Process Safety engineer at a company that will utilize at least 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry onshore; as well as desire to help, train and lead talents around.. List of responsibilities: - Prepared, Reviewed, Design and Issues of Engineering Documents - Planning and Executing all aspects of basic Design in accordance with Project Schedule - Ensuring that all projects Scope of work and Technical Requirements are met - collaboration with other Disciplines - Monitoring the work progress -Quality control - Tender preparation for Safety Engineering - Technical calculation and detailed design partial modification. - Coordinating between the project team, Clients ,.... - Flare Design, HAZOP - Fire and Gas Detection Design - Fire Protection Design - Technical Bid elevation and Procurement - Fire Water Demand Calculation, Hydraulic Calculation Fire and Foam water - Fire Water Network Diagram P&ID for Fire Water Unit - Water spray System - Preparation of Process Documents for fire water unit such as:PFD, MSD, P&ID - Design Basis - Tank and Vessel Sizing Report - Line Sizing - Operation Manual Alarm and Set point list for Fire water Pump P&ID for Water Sprinkler system - Gas Extinguishing System Fire and Gas Detection Layout - Gas Detection System Block Diagram Fire and Safety - Fire water network design, pump and tank sizing, - spray and sprinkler systems - Surge analysis and dynamic evaluation of fluid systems - Fire and Gas Detection and Alarm systems - Classification of Hazardous areas - Portable firefighting and personal protection equipment - Inert gas and total flooding extinguishing systems - Escape route and safety sign - Fire safety and compartment for (industrial) buildings - Noise analysis - Monitoring systems for water and soil effluent and Gas emissions - Evacuation Simulation - Escape Routes & Safety Signs . Reporting to: Projects manager, Engineering Manager, sometimes CEO. . Subordinates: Maybe 2 Experts Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: 7:00 a.m-16:00 p.m with a floating hour. Travel requirements: At the request of the Employers. . Gross Monthly Base Salary: Agreement . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: bonuses .
