Job Description

Objective of the role: Greetings! The main objective of this position is to sell and distribute rice mainly in Tehran and across the country. Selling rice through exporting would be a potential objective. List of responsibilities: - Responsible to sell rice to medium & large size customers across the country and collect corresponding payments. - Establish market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. - Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners. - Explores and discover business opportunities. - Evaluates options and resolves internal priorities. - Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities. - Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential. - Develops new business; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies - Initiates sales process by building relationships. - Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements. - Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions. - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. - Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. - Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. - Selling to foreign customers through exporting to Iraq and Afghanistan, CIS and Dubai is a plus. - Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. - Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: The higher you sell, the higher your revenue through profit-sharing.

Requirements
