Job Description

● Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. ● Maintain and expand customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities. ● Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. ● Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

● More than 5 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar sales role in FMCG. ● Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators. ● Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. ● Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. ● Availability to travel as needed. ● Excellent communication skills.
