Job Description

- Monitoring and evaluating the work and activities of the sales team - Plan to reward and encourage staff - Provide written reports based on the needs of the organization to senior managers - Drive the implementation of sales campaigns that meet business objectives and leads - Manage and coach a high-performing Sales team - Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all customers - Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way - Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers - Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement - Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them

Requirements

- At least M.A. in Management, MBA or other related field - At least 6 years of work experience in sales - At least 3 years of management or supervision experience - Full acquaintance with sales skills
