Requirements
-Experienced in all stages of recruitment pipeline (sourcing the resumes, resume screening, phone interviews…)
-Proven ability to screen the resumes based on job requirements and candidates’ personal qualifications
-Proven knowledge and interest in “Headhunting”
-Capable and interested in doing research about the up-to-date strategies used in the field of Human Resources in reputable companies around the world.
-Expert in using Microsoft Office specially Word and Excel
- Able to work remotely
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
-Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
-Experience in working at Tech-based companies
