- Collecting and screening resumes in order to identify qualified candidates from different sources. - Implement Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes. - Gathering information of job applicants and forming a resume bank. - Participate in the processes of job interviews, recruitment, selection and ... - Update the instructions and regulations of recruitment in the organization. - Operation of the process of assessing job competencies and taking personality tests from job applicants.

Requirements

- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Psychology or similar fields . - Minimum 2 years of experience in the recruitment process. - Team working. - Professional knowledge of all HR processes. - Familiar with all human resource processes.
