Job Description
We seek an energetic and detail-oriented recruitment coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in ensuring an efficient, organized, and positive hiring process. This role involves assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to interview scheduling, candidate hunting, and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Posting and updating job advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment channels).
- Actively sourcing and hunting candidates for a variety of roles.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing and tracking the recruitment process from initial contact to final interviews.
- Communicating effectively with candidates regarding their application status.
- Maintaining and updating candidate information in ATS systems or internal databases.
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Preparing and sending interview invitations, offer letters, and rejection communications.
- Providing regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management team.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques, especially on LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
