Job Description

  • Meets or exceeds agreed targets within defined territories through effective field visits in Tehran and provinces, with proper pre-planning and call frequency, call continuity, and effective post-call reporting.
  • Prepares timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/sales reporting to the supervisors/managers as per request and prior agreement to ensure optimum territory coverage.
  • Updates customer segmentation and database information in given territories.
  • Assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Listens to customers and creates solutions for unmet customer needs.
  • Establishes effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect with professionalism and knowledgeable skillful approaches.
  • Comes up with new and unique ideas in the field, group activities, etc.
  • Communicates in an open, clear, complete, timely, and consistent manner with the direct manager and the team as well as cross-functional departments.

Requirements

  • Degrees in relevant disciplines, preferably a Pharmacist, or a Medical Doctor.
  • Proven, successful selling track record: at least 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharma environment.
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry and its changing environment and nature.
  • Demonstrable high achiever in the same or other relevant fields.
  • Previous experience and developed relationships with thought leaders and stakeholders in related fields: (Oncology, Radiotherapy, GI and Hepatology, Interventional Radiology, and Uro-Oncology).

Professional Qualifications:

  • Team-work spirit, good interpersonal relationship concerning hierarchy.

  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Stress management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the country and abroad, flexibility in working hours, work conditions, travels, etc.).
  • Good command of English.
  • Good command of computer skills (Microsoft Windows and MS Office).
