Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, IT, or equivalent fields.
● More than 3 years of experience in LTE RAN projects.
● Knowledge of both LTE and RAN architecture and features.
● Understanding of 3GPP Standards, network interface protocols, protocol analyzers, and network specifications.
● Knowledge of eNodeB configurations, commissioning, and integration (Huawei).
● Experience with the design and optimization of wireless networks.
● Familiarity with database management and programming knowledge.
● Experience with common industry planning tools (Planet and ATOLL).
● Experience with common industry Drive Test tools (TEMS, Probe, Assistant, Nemo, and Actix).
● Troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
● Familiar with siteswap/relocation solutions and designs.
● Proactive, self-motivated, and good communication skills.
