Job Description
- Monitoring and completing the quality control forms and also record required information based on quality control of SOP as well as monitoring the performance of all quality activities at the factory level.
- Examining reports of production defects and analyzing the causes of existing defects.
- Provide suggestions for continuous improvement of production methods to increase quality.
- Control and monitor the proper performance of experts.
- Supervising the quality assessment of the warehouse and company’s products on a periodic basis, according to the relevant SOP.
- Systematic review of statistical quality control and change or modify it to completing and receiving accurate reports.
- Announce the cessation of production, in case of any defects in the production process, according to the relevant SOP and get its implementation in the production unit with laboratory experts.
- Decision of unadopted manufactured products.
