Job Description

  • Supervise and guide technicians, quality control inspectors and other staff.
  • Establish quality control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the efficiency of production lines.
  • Inspect, accept or reject finished products.
  • Ensure the compliance of production processes with legal and environmental regulations.
  • Find ways to improve the production process for maximum efficiency.
  • Document findings and workflow changes and provide reporting.

Requirements

  • Proficient in working as a team and the ability to communicate in English.
  • Proficient in all quality control and laboratory matters in food industry production organizations (canneries, bakery and confectionery).
  • Understanding product standards and specifications and communicating them to production teams.
  • Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
  • Gender preference: Male/Female.
  • PhD in Agriculture, or Food Sciences.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Fluent in MS Office and other software related to the job.
