Job Description

  • Produce comprehensive documents such as process models, activity diagrams, workflow, etc.
  • Develop and implement process metrics to document initial baseline process performance, identify meaningful metrics, and identify efficiency and quality goals.
  • Document the findings of the study and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  • Plan and oversee the analysis and design and development of systems, methods, guidelines, and regulations
  • Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change.
  • Plan and conduct Integrated Management audits and reports.
  • Periodic audit of projects and identify areas for improvement Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures.
  • Review forms, and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, identifying problems and improvements.
  • Develop and implement a records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with the program.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience, at least one Energy Sector.
  • Familiarity with organizational excellence models such as EFQM.
  • Familiarity with risk management topics, and principles of strategic planning.
  • Good knowledge of process management.
  • Familiarity with process modeling software using the BPMN2 model.
  • Time management skills.
