Job Description

Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Collect and compile statistical quality data.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with management and process owners to implement improvement initiatives.
Identifying the main fields of business improvement and providing systematic solutions.
Identifying and Monitoring processes Indicators.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
Familiar with modern quality management systems.
Strong documentation skills.
Good understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO) and Organizational Excellence.
Good understanding of models (EFQM).
Good understanding of BPM.
Good understanding of ISO standards.
System thinking.
Good negotiation skills.
Perfect at Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced, writing and reading, English skills (Intermediate speaking skills).
