Investigate the required management systems to implement in alignment with the organization's strategies, and provide solutions for their integration.
Plan and conduct internal and external audits and management reviews to ensure the achievement of micro and macro goals.
Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System within the internal audit and prepare related audit reports to determine solutions to the organization's problems.
Review the control of existing systems and techniques in the business area to provide appropriate feedback to resolve existing deficiencies and provide corrective suggestions for reforming systems.
Interact and collaborate with all organization units to identify business challenges and deploy the optimal implementation processes.
Analyze the data thoroughly to find growth areas and areas for improvement.
Follow up and coordinate all matters related to the issuance of quality certificates and continuous communication with CB companies.
Perform Self-assessment according to the excellence model, and prepare related analytics reports containing strengths and areas of improvement.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or an MBA graduate.
At least 5 years of working experience in the QA department.
Proficient in management systems including requirements, implementation, and audit based on IMS and ISO 10000 series.
Proficient in assessment and audit according to models and standards.
Work experience in Business process management.
Good knowledge of concepts and fundamentals of organizational excellence (EFQM).
Familiar with business analysis.
Ability to identify bottlenecks, and gaps and provide systematic solutions.
The capability of teamwork and ability to analytical and systematic thinking.
