Job Description
The incumbent performs non-standard quality tests and manages documentation of data and test results. S/he implements the operating criteria for laboratory equipment and materials used for testing food products, packaging, and manufacturing processes to ensure food safety and quality standards are followed. He/She also implements standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow improvements in the laboratory.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all quality control documents prior to release.
- Reviewing data from compliance audits to ensure that all IRAN regulations /TSI standards are being met/ preparing the quality index.
- Participating in meetings with management to discuss issues or concerns about processes or products/consumer complaint reports.
- Checking production lines daily and conducting investigations to determine the causes of defects and line issues or other problems with products or processes.
- Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
- Evaluating new technology applications to improve processes or products/new products.
- Conduct audits of the quality control department.
