Job Description

*Main tasks & responsibilities
• To buy technical goods and services that are essential for the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Identification of sources, negotiation of favorable terms, and the acquisition of products and services that align with our organization's needs.
• To review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you’re identifying the most profitable offers.
• creating and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
• Go to local market purchase and collect necessary requested goods by technical
• Sourcing new shops or supplier of spare parts and maintenance

*Major tasks and responsibilities
• Handle the Request for Quotations (RFQ) processes for the division and relevant categories.
• Participate actively in the supplier’s selection and undertake performance reviews.
• Ensure that the goods/services purchased are at the best conditions.
• Negotiating with suppliers to make business savings.
• Ensure that the goods & services purchased are in accordance with the Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Assist in sourcing products/services

*Skills and Certifications:
• Purchase techniques knowledge.
• Good communications skills
• Good negotiations skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to interpret maintenance team requests with accurate technical specifications.
• Liaising effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
