*Major tasks and responsibilities • Handle the Request for Quotations (RFQ) processes for the division and relevant categories. • Participate actively in the supplier’s selection and undertake performance reviews. • Ensure that the goods/services purchased are at the best conditions. • Negotiating with suppliers to make business savings. • Ensure that the goods & services purchased are in accordance with the Purchase Requisition (PR). • Assist in sourcing products/services
*Skills and Certifications: • Purchase techniques knowledge. • Good communications skills • Good negotiations skills • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.). • Ability to interpret maintenance team requests with accurate technical specifications. • Liaising effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. • Strong communication skills to work closely with maintenance teams and other stakeholders.
