Job Description
-Design, establish and improve organization structure and processes
-Evaluates job descriptions and puts them into the organization structure
-Establish the organization system based on ISO 9001 standard
-Audit processes base on internal procedures and refining and supervision of procedures' implementation in organization
-Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation
-Planning of projects from the beginning and monitoring to the end point
-Work closely with CEO to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule
-Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in project
-Participation in preparing dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs
-Active communicating on various levels of organization
