Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team to deliver a product that is used by millions of people. If you welcome challenges, an agile atmosphere, and a great passion for facilitation, finding ways to unblock tasks, and enabling teams to be successful, then you will love this job. In this role, you will demonstrate your expert knowledge of Agile methodologies in a way that improves the team’s performance. You will do backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making and use JIRA and Trello. ● Facilitating Daily Stand-up. ● Facilitating the Sprint session Planning, Review, Retrospective, Grooming. ● Assessing the velocity of the team.

Requirements

Primary skills: ● SM – SAFe Certify. ● Good to have Project Management Professional certification (PMP). ● Knowledge of software development processes and procedures. ● Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery. ● Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc. ● JIRA/Confluence experience. Soft skills: ● Ability to work with multiple development teams. ● Ability to work with multiple Culture/National teams. ● Time management skills. ● Team Player. ● Facilitation and networking skills. ● Enter the project environment quickly. ● Organized. Years of experience: ● 3 years of experience with Scrum, Kanban, PI and Sprint planning, XP, Incremental Delivery and etc. ● 6 years of experience in the Project Management field. Target companies or Industries: ● Any telecom company
