Job Description

A project management specialist is responsible for planning and leading projects from initiation to completion. This person should plan all aspects of a project and meet the project’s goals on time and within budget. The project management specialists should plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. Job responsibilities: ● Participating in the whole project process i.e. design, submission, and review. ● Leading project planning sessions. ● Managing project progress and developing a detailed project plan to track progress. ● Ensuring projects meet deadlines. ● Managing relationships with stakeholders. ● Designing and signing off on project scopes. ● Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. ● Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation. ● Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for stakeholders. ● Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary. ● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. ● Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. ● Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. ● Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. ● Reporting to management as needed. ● Designing risk plans and performing risk management to minimize project risks. ● Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties. ● Leading the planning and implementation of projects. ● Planning and scheduling project timelines. ● Project evaluations and results measurement.

Requirements

● Engineering and mathematical mindset. ● Proficiency in IT or computer science. ● Written and verbal communication skills. ● Capacity to manage high-stress situations. ● Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. ● Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.
