Job Description


The Project Management Office Specialist supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by planning and assuring the delivery of both strategic and operational projects. PMO specialists are responsible for the implementation and coordination of PMO processes.

  • Define and implement methods, standards, procedures, and models related to project management.
  • Develop and implement project management methodology across all projects.
  • Evaluate the performance of projects and prepare analytical and management reports.
  • Identify and analyze possible obstacles and risks in projects and pursue their resolution.
  • Support project management teams involved in the projects to the best use of project management standards and approaches.
  • Advise and support project managers in project management based on best practices.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or MBA graduate from well-known universities.
  • More than 7 years of experience as project Management professional.
  • Valid PMP Certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, techniques, and tools.
  • Deep understanding of risk management processes.
