Job Description

Professional Sales Expert (Oil and Gas Industries): Marketing duties: ● Conduct market research and share findings with the team and presentation of the company through meetings with clients, phone calls, and emails. ● Register with the client’s vendors and EP system. ● Register companies in the AVL of Oil and Gas companies individually. Sales duties: ● Preparing offers, negotiating and closing contracts, and payment follow-ups. ● Getting inquiries and negotiating with clients about their comments and needs. ● Preparing offers and follow-ups. ● Participating in tenders (getting the announcements, filling out the evaluation documents, getting the bid bonds from the bank, preparing envelopes (technical, commercial, bid bond), and follow-ups for the results). ● Attending meetings with clients around Iran. ● Handling documents (preparing final data book, technical documents, negotiating to get LOC, LOI, doing OPI). ● Preparing commercial documents such as P.I., P.O., and B/L documents. preparing shipping documents. ● Payment follow-ups.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of experience in this field. ● General knowledge of brand equipment in the Oil and Gas industries. ● Proficient in English. ● Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and work under pressure (multitasking). ● Accuracy. ● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and flexible attitude. ● Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction, and problem-solving. ● Teammate with strong interpersonal skills. ● Process oriented.
