The position:
As a production support engineer, you will:
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with company requirements, ensuring adherence to cLEAN methodology and process-based approach.
- Manage change control processes for SOPs, including handling Change Requests (CRs), Non-Conformities (NCs), and deviations through investigation cycles.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and validation activities, ensuring compliance with NN validation strategy, SOPs, and principles.
- Serve as an equipment expert, assisting in validation test activities and providing knowledge for product documentation.
- Support quality performance evaluation, consumer complaint investigations, training initiatives, and on-call production line support.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in pharma and other GMP regulated industries.
- Adequate knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Organizational, systematic, and structured mind-set.
- Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
