Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
● At least 4 years of experience as a production supervisor in FMCG.
● Problem-solving approach (Kaizen, 4M, and 5why).
● Experience in 5s and TPM.
● Familiar with GMP, HACCP ISO22000 is advantageous.
● Technical engineering background.
● Open-minded and expresses flexibility to new ideas, a passion for employee relations, and labor-related matters.
● Good process knowledge.
● Ability to train personnel.
● Thorough understanding of health and safety practices.
● Flexibility to work in rotating 2 shifts.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Familiar with the production plan.
