Job Description

The production manager supervises factory daily production and is responsible for the operational schedule. He shall manage, schedule, and coordinate activities related to the production for a wide range of ّFood industries. Depending on the scale of the factory, production managers supervise the whole or some part of the factory. They will also responsible for quality control and shall guarantee the quality of produced products. • Making decisions over human resource management and equipment’s in order to reach production goals • Controlling production according to the schedule and allocated budget • Employing, instructing and assessing workers to have enough and skilled human resources for the production section of the factory • Analyzing production-related data to check how is production process is adopted with the schedule • Preparing daily report for senior manager • Supervising factory workers to ensure their performance and also their security • Innovation for producing better using cutting edge technology or new working processes • Making the decision to use or not using new machines and also managing workers extra working hours • Troubleshooting along the production process
