Work place Saveh Responsibilities: - Production Operator is responsible for smooth operation, cleaning and minor maintenance of the production equipment (granulation/compression/coating/encapsulation/blister machine etc.) complying GMP and HSE. General responsibilities are as follows: - Follow supervisor instructions to meet quality requirements and production schedule. - Setup assigned station(s) including assembly of equipment for proper operation. Ensure proper inspections are conducted prior to reassembly. - Performing the operation of the production equipment according to standard procedures efficiently. - Monitor production process & make necessary adjustments to equipment as required to ensure accuracy & quality of work performed. - Perform in-process testing of the product as required. - Prepare cleaning agent & disinfectants solution used in room and equipment cleaning. - Disassemble and clean equipment according to SOPs. - Perform weighing & reconciling of ingredients & finished product in each stage of manufacturing & packaging process as required. - Ensure online documentation (BMR/BPR/Logbook/RDS) with data integrity practices on the shop floor. Properly complete/perform document verification as required. - Check and ensure machine critical functions before, during, and after operation and its calibration and qualification status. - Participate in validation, qualification, and calibration activities. - Keep Supervisors informed of production & equipment status throughout the performance of daily duties. - Keep records related to production - Informing production in charge if any non-conformance takes place. - Participate in training, learn, know, and follow all SOP’s relating to assigned tasks. - Keeping the production premises neat and clean in accordance with cGMP compliance. - Identifying the requirement of any significant change required in the relevant area of work and informing production-in-charge. - Promote and adhere to safety requirements. - Follow safe working practices in the execution of their assigned duties. - Report to superior any deviation noticed - Capable of troubleshooting or assisting in resolving problems with equipment & processes. - Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor and when required.
Requirements
Work palace Saveh Work experience - experience In the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, encapsulation to a range of dosage forms - experience in Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI) - Minimum 02 years as Pharmaceutical machine operator and minimum 03 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical production preferred. - Previous experience as Production operator or similar role; will be an added advantage. Education: - Bachelor or above - Special technical certification on pharmaceutical production is preferable - Prefer vocational training. Technology skills (IT Skills): PLC/HMI operation Key skills: - Age: Between 25 to 30 years - Have the ability to analyses and solve mechanical problems - Willingness to learn - Technical skill and knowledge - Receive instructions through oral communications accurately and quickly - Convey answers or instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, and quickly - Good documentation quality - Ability to work under pressure - Reliability, teamwork, communication skills and assertiveness - Respect orders and instructions given by superior Language skills: Farsi, English (understanding and better if speaking) Certificates and honors: Education and specialized training in pharmaceutical machinery would be an advantage (if any) Job type: • Full time • Shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) as required, Overtime and 'on-call' work may be required, particularly where manufacturing/production equipment is in a continual 24-hour operation.
