Job Description

-Monitoring the manufacturing of products and processes -Co-working with planning department to prepare the short term production plan -Organizing the production schedules -Ensuring all the production stations run as planned -Ensuring that the quality of products meet the necessary technical and standard requirements -Review workers performance -Create product documentation and analytical reports -Ensuring that health and safety regulations are implemented -Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Requirements

-University degree (BSc./MSc.) in Mechanical engineering, Metallurgy engineering or related -At least 5 years of relevant experience -Planning and organization skills to be able to run and monitor the production processes -The ability to act decisively to solve staff or equipment related problems -Hight technical knowledge and skills -Excellent teamwork skills -Leadership and communication skills -Excellent knowledge of Machining tools and equipment -knowledge of designing software (AutoCAD, Solid works,... )
