Job Description
- Endeavoring to develop knowledge about food industry in order to get productivity in field.
- Supervision of all steps of production from dispensing to packaging according to planed procedure.
- Preparing a report for each food process by completing instructions, deviation forms, and reconciliation forms.
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
- Participation in management reviews of process performance, product quality and quality management system and advocating successive improvement.
- Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings: Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems and reporting to production manager.
- Finding and analyzing the most problem at production plant and increase the quality of foods.
- Review documents, such as production schedules, work orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person and communicate with chefs in order to increase their productivity.
