● Identifying, developing, and evaluating a digital marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics. ● Preparing and managing the digital marketing budget. ● Participating in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives. ● Building relationships with service providers to help with various services. ● Leading the team to create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers. ● Ensuring campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines. ● Guiding the team to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. ● Creating reports on operational aspects of digital marketing for the executive board. ● Setting objectives for the digital marketing team aligned with the company’s main objectives and performance evaluation and team development. ● Promoting corporate culture and adherence to company principles. ● Scout for new talent.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 4 years of management experience in the marketing field. ● Familiarity with the capital market. ● Excellent people management and development skills. ● Strong communication skills. ● Ability to come up with creative ideas. ● Project management skills. ● Fluency in English.
