Job Description

As a Product Manager, you are the connection between different areas of the company. You are exceptionally proactive and communicative and are passionate to create, deliver and maintain small to large products for different users and stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Writing user stories and feature specifications that covers all solution aspects - Backlog management and items prioritization - Product road mapping and release management - Exploring new opportunities for product and business by user research, data analysis, bench marking etc. - Working with product designers to deliver user-centered solutions that achieve business goals as well - Working with developers to keep the timeline on-track while delivering high-quality shippable products that can scale consistently - Creating and keeping deadlines for product development milestones

Requirements

- Excellent communication negotiation skills - Solid skills of documentation in different forms - Ability to manage and lead a team - +3 years of experience working in a fast-paced digital product teams - Proactive problem-solving approach - Passionate to learn about emerging management concepts - Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks - Expert knowledge of tracking and data analysis tools - Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle - Expert knowledge of UX design & design thinking - Experience in product development fundamentals - Experience in Jira, Trello, Asana - Good understanding of data structure and business intelligence Preferred: - Good understanding of digital marketing concepts - Backend or front-end coding skills - Product design skills (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma) - Have experience in Gitlab - Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Design or any related field.
