Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and strategic product managers to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and managing the lifecycle of products aligned with the company’s marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including R&D, sales, and market research, to ensure successful product development and positioning.
Note: Work experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and plan new products (NPD) based on market needs and trends.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, sales) to develop and launch products.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to execution.
- Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements.
- Ensure budget adherence in product development and marketing activities such as annual promotions.
- Prepare periodic product reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or product development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with market research tools and methodologies.
