As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission, transforming insights into solutions, aligning business goals with user needs, and helping shape products that truly make a difference. Your role will directly impact how we empower our customers to succeed and grow in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the backlog based on business impact and user needs.
Conduct user behavior analysis and product discovery to understand real user pain points.
Analyze product performance data using SQL and tools such as GA4 to make data-driven decisions.
Define and monitor success metrics and continuously iterate based on performance insights.
Create clear and structured documentation, including PRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and analytical reports.
Contribute to product strategy and align the roadmap with company-wide goals.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
Hands-on experience leading the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with an outcome-oriented approach to decision-making
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers
A strong user-centric mindset and the ability to translate user insights into actionable product solutions
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
