Job Description

• Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
• Meet agreed targets within defined sales territories in Tehran and provinces with proper pre-planning and call frequency and continuity also effective post-call reporting.
• Prepare planning, feedback, and sales reporting daily to upper-level managers. develop new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Establish effective relationships with customers, and gain their trust and respect with professionalism and knowledgeable, skillful, innovative, and creative approaches.
• Develop a customer database, Analysis of market trends and sales data.
• Create and manage promotional materials to establish and maintain product branding.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Monitor competitor activity to update the competitor landscape considering all aspects (price, availability, field activities, etc.) regularly.
• Contribute and participate in congresses and internal and external meetings.
• Utilize working knowledge of laboratory equipment including PCR, real-time PCR, sequencer, NGS, and flow cytometry to provide technical support to customers.
